John Hounslow

John Hounslow qualified as a Solicitor in 1978 and has in excess of 30 years experience in Criminal, Divorce, Family Law including Public Law, Child Care Cases and General Litigation.

He is member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel. He was a member of the Police Station and Magistrates Court Duty Rota for the isle of Wight for 22 years.

The scope of his work includes Child Care Proceedings, Child Adoption and Supervision Orders, disputes between parents regarding access and residence both individually and during the course of Divorce Proceedings, Parental Responsibility issues, Litigation and privatly funded Criminal Cases, are also within his remit. Mr Hounslow ceased taking on new legally aided criminal cases in July 2010.

Robin Price

Robin Price qualified as a Solicitor in 1973 and has in excess of 36 years experience in both Commercial and Residential Conveyancing, Planning Law, Employment Law and Company Purchases.

The scope of his work includes company and business sales and purchases, grant and transfer of business leases, estate development and conveyancing, planning appeal and representation and civil litigation.

He oversees our Private Client Department which includes Probate, Wills, Trusts and Estates, Tax Planning and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
