COVID-19 response

We would like to reassure our clients that whilst the Coronavirus situation is evolving, we remain open for business and will continue to provide our full range of services.

We are monitoring government advice and guidance which you will appreciate is ever changing and as such, we may have to adapt the way we work to help reduce the risk of infection.

  • Please be assured that you can telephone or email us as normal.
  • We have remote working facilities and an electronic case management system so our team will be working from home to limit social contact, in accordance with the Government’s advice.
  • We will continue to work on your matter so that we can maintain our service during these unprecedented and challenging times.
  • We are minimising face to face contact to reduce the risk of infection, as far as possible, by arranging telephone meetings.
  • Where a face-to-face meeting is important for your matter, we will make specific arrangements with you.

We would kindly ask that you help us to protect our team, clients and visitors by not attending at the office, unless by prior arrangement with us.

We understand that whilst the situation evolves, it will present challenges to our clients and we want to reassure you that we are with you and we are here to help. You will also appreciate that the situation presents as a challenge to us and we would kindly ask for your patience and understanding as we navigate our way through this difficult time, particularly if we need to change how we work at short notice, or if we are not able to response to you as quickly as we would like.
